Levia Capital is a Canadian investment management firm that specializes in private equity real estate. Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, the co-founders have collectively garnered over 25 years of experience in professional real estate services in British Columbia.

Four Stations of Development

Land Banking
The development train starts from this station. Depending on location, it may be a short or long ride through the permitting process onward to the next station. This is the highest-risk leg of the journey.
Land Development
This is the first stop. For passengers wishing to ride further, it is an adventure through the construction process as paper drawings become a real-life structure. The journey is less risky from here.
Building Operations
Train speed begins to slow, as building operation is in full swing and has income. Passengers may wish to stay aboard and enjoy the ride for many years to come. This is the second-lowest risk.
Building Renovation
Our last stop. For structures that are a little worse for wear but still have happy tenants, we extend the life of the building so that they can continue to enjoy the amenities. The lowest risk part of the journey.

Randal Kung
Randal has over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including 10 years in a senior leadership position for a publicly-traded Canadian company. He has helped facilitate significant commercial real estate transactions while building strong relationships with both investors and developers.
Nora Siu
Nora draws on her engineering and project management background to analyze business potential and make sure they are fit for our partners and clients. Her clientele spans globally - with  specific expertise in the healthcare industry, helping doctors, dentists and other medical professionals acquire real estate for their business and investments.
Hansel Yu
Hansel has spent time in multiple industries spanning from exercise rehabilitation to personal finance. He finds success in helping clients visualize technical real estate concepts to better understand the overall story. Most of Levia Capital’s marketing and branded materials are his design. His investors are predominantly from Southeast Asia.
Vera Sin
Vera has over 25 years of experience in the Wealth Management Advisory Industry, with over 10 years in Wealth Protection Advisory positions. She spent over a decade as the Business Development Director for the largest Wealth Management Office in Southeast Asia.
